If you wish to advertise related services such as mortgage brokerage, buyers' agencies, escrow agencies, legal services, moving services, building trades and so on, we encourage you to purchase advertising on our site as described below:
We charge for advertisements on a "per impression" basis. This means that you will be charged each time we display your ad on a page. Our target audience is highly specific and concentrated. Nearly all visitors to our site are directly involved in buying and selling real estate. They should comprise a ready market for your services.
We support two standard graphic ad formats. Large advertisements may be up to 600x120 pixels and will be located in the top center portion of the page. Secondary or side banners are up to 200x100 pixels and will be located in a column along the right hand side on the page. There will be one large banner displayed per page. Up to six smaller advertisements will be displayed on the right hand side of the page. Other ad formats can be accomodated on a special basis should the need arise. Popups, moving, flickering or otherwise excessively distracting advertisements are not permitted. We retain the right to refuse or terminate any advertisment for any reason.
As an additional service, we offer "location-specific ads". The location of the property being viewed or searched for is known. If your service is limited to a certain location we can display ads only to people buying or selling real estate in your area. Location specific ads might be highly efficient for attorneys, lenders who work in a particular area, movers, escrow agents, inspection services, tradespeople etc.
We charge only for a single impression of each type per account per page.
All advertising is prepaid. We will display the number of impressions for which you have paid. In order to manage your advertising expenses, you may limit your advertising by period: day, week or month.

There is a 5% per 10,000 impression discount for more than the minimum number of impressions up to 100,000 impressions. For example, the discount on 50,000 impressions would be 4 x 5% = 20%. There is a ten thousand impression minimum for any type of advertising.
